we can stay focused as we journey towards
career success.
1. Take time to discover what you are good at and pursue it. Try and understand your strengths and weaknesses. This will help you align your goals towards those things you can do passionately and comfortably.
2. As you begin your career, do not restrict yourself to a particular area of interest, endeavor to spread your skills. In that way, you can easily identify areas where your core competence lies.
3. Keep an open mind and explore all options when starting your career. This will help you make the right decisions on which career too settle for.
4. For whatever career you settle for, shape it and ensure you build your brand. Every organization seeks to employ someone that will add value and you can only be a person of value when you have striven to attain excellence in your choice career.
